Are you wasting your workouts?

Want a leaner look, a sexier body, and more muscle definition?
Who DOESN’T?!
Let’s talk about those dumbbells you keep picking up.
Be honest... answer YES or NO to these:
Can you finish your sets without struggling on the last few reps?
Have you used the same weights for months?
Could you easily do another 5 reps when you finish a set?
Do you pick lighter weights because you're scared of getting bulky?
Do you breeze through workouts without needing a pause to catch your breath?
If you said YES to even one, it's time to change things up!
Here is the truth: definition comes from building muscle. If you want more shape in your arms, legs, and backside, your muscles need a real reason to change. Weights that feel easy aren't cutting it.
How do you know if you're working hard enough? Think about the B's and H's:• Burning: The last few reps should feel tough.• Heavy: Heavy enough that you can't just keep going and need to rest.• Breathless: You're breathing too hard to talk.• Hot: You're sweating or heating up.
You don't need to hit all four every time, and the goal isn't to crawl off the floor. But you do want to challenge yourself safely.
Try this in your next workout: pick a weight where reps 8, 9, and 10 feel like a struggle. If you could easily do 5 more, grab a heavier pair next time. Your legs can handle way more than your shoulders, so adjust for each exercise!
And don't worry, lifting heavier won't make you bulky overnight. It just builds the shape and definition you crave.
Let’s make workouts less comfortable! Next time you pick up those dumbbells, push yourself a little harder.
