Debbie's coaching program has helped me with setting my own goals and then having accountability in following up with her. I've been following FitWithDeb off and on for a few years. The last year has been the greatest experience for me.


...hours on the elliptical or treadmill wasn't cutting it anymore and I decided to sign up for Fit and Fresh as well as weekly coaching.  Debbie has helped me figure out how to adjust my workouts and food.
