Halloween means festive treats, so if you love chocolate, I've got some yummy alternatives to add to your treat list!

These are quick, easy ideas for when you want something sweet without dairy, gluten, or added sugar. Some take just a couple of minutes, and a few are packaged options for when you don't feel like making anything.

PACKAGED TREATS

1. ChocZero Keto Bark

Chocolatey, crunchy, and easy to portion out when you want a little something sweet.

2. Lakanto Chocolate-Covered Almonds

A crunchy, chocolate-covered option sweetened with monk fruit.

3. UNREAL Candy

Their candy-style treats are great alternatives to conventional Halloween candy.

HOMEMADE TREATS

4. Air-Fryer Chocolate Chickpeas

Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas, dry them well, then toss with a little avocado oil, Crave cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Air-fry at 390°F until crispy, shaking the basket occasionally. Let them cool to crisp up even more. Add monk-fruit sweetener if you'd like them sweeter.

5. Chocolate Crunch Cake

Grab a plain chocolate rice cake and spread on Coco Whip topping mixed with Crave cocoa. Crunchy, creamy, chocolatey. Done in about 2 minutes!

6. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Mix peanut butter, Crave cocoa powder, and monk-fruit sweetener with just enough water to make a thick dough. Roll into little bites and refrigerate.

7. Frozen Chocolate Banana Bites

Slice a banana, drizzle with melted Enjoy Life chocolate, and freeze on parchment paper.

8. Chocolate-Peanut Butter Apple Nachos

Thinly slice an apple, drizzle with peanut butter thinned with a splash of warm water, and dust with Cravecocoa powder and cinnamon.

9. Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip

Stir peanut butter, Crave cocoa powder, monk-fruit sweetener, and enough water to make it creamy. Serve with apple slices or strawberries for dipping.

A quick reminder: fat-loss friendly doesn't mean calorie-free. Nuts, nut butters, and even homemade treats can add up, so portion out what you want, sit down, enjoy it, and move on with your night.

You don't need to fear Halloween candy or swear off chocolate to lose inches. You need a plan that works in real life, including the fun stuff.

Have a happy Halloween!
