DO THIS WHEN YOUR ROUTINE IS A WRECK

Ever notice how one “off day” turns into two...
Then suddenly it’s been a week and your routine is nowhere in sight?
It happens all the time during the summer…
Maybe it’s a trip, a change in your schedule, or just a string of “I’ll get back to it tomorrow” days.
We all want to stay consistent—it’s just hard to get in a groove when your schedule is all over the place.
You don’t need to do EVERYTHING to stay on track.
Just start with your “anchor habit!”
What’s an anchor habit?
It’s the one small thing that helps you get back to baseline—even when everything else is all over the place.
Maybe it’s your morning walk.
Or making a protein-packed breakfast.
Or that five-minute stretch you do before bed.
(It doesn’t matter what it is—it just matters that you do it.)
Because when your environment is chaotic, your habits are what keep you grounded.
That one small thing brings you back to center—and reminds you that you’re still in control. And at the very least… you did something. :-)
So if you’re in a season where your workouts aren’t perfect, your meals are all over the place, and you’re just trying to keep up…
Pick one thing.
Let that be your home base.
THAT is how you stay consistent—even when life gets crazy during the summer!
P.S. If you’re a busy woman over 40 and you’re tired of starting over every time your schedule changes, and you’re ready to finally have a plan that works even when life feels chaotic…
