Burned out? The real reason might surprise you.

Do you often think you need to find a better way to “get it all done”?

You are doing all the right things…

>> Working out

>> Sticking to your meal plan

>> Being consistent

But you still feel burned out.

👉 The problem is likely NOT routine—it is the fact that there is no margin.

Most people don’t feel drained because they’re doing too little.

They feel drained because they’re doing too much—without space to reset.

Think of your day like a book.

If the words fill every inch of the page, it’s overwhelming.

But when there’s white space—everything is clear, focused, and easy to read.

Your routine works the same way.

If every minute is packed with work, workouts, meal prep, errands, and endless to-do's—you’re sprinting from one thing to the next with no time to breathe.

And when there’s no margin, burnout isn’t a matter of if—it’s a matter of when.

So what’s the fix?

Create breathing room. Give yourself enough buffer between tasks instead of rushing from one thing to the next.

Stop “optimizing” every second. More isn’t always better. Downtime is just as important as action.

Make space for real recovery. Scrolling your phone isn’t rest! Movement, fresh air, deep breathing—that’s rest.

Drop the non-essential. If your routine stresses you out or spreads you too thin, something has to go.

👉 So here’s my challenge for you this week: Where do you need more margin?

What’s one thing you’re ready to let go of to create more space? I’d love to hear.
