Are you doing too much?

Let’s talk about doing LESS when it comes to health and wellness goals.



Yes, less!



Research shows that overloading ourselves with tasks and decisions makes it much harder to stick to new habits.



It’s called “decision fatigue,” and it can be a REAL struggle.



So, how do you combat it?



By simplifying your approach.



Instead of focusing on everything you think you need to do to reach your goal, ask yourself: What unnecessary steps can I ELIMINATE?



It can be as simple as:


     Focusing on just one key daily habit that matters most. Keep it simple and impactful.


     Saying “no” to extra steps. For instance, instead of cooking every single night, try meal prepping for a few days at once.


     Aiming for small but consistent actions. For example, “Five minutes of daily stretching beats an hour-long session that only happens once a week.



Whatever you can do to lessen the resistance!



Remember: Doing less doesn’t mean caring less. It means being strategic and focusing your energy on the actions that truly move the needle.



So, if you’re already seeing signs of slipping on your New Year goals, maybe it’s time to try doing a little LESS.
