Using years of nutrition label decoding, I will come over to your house (or do this virtually) and investigate your pantry, cabinets, and fridge to help you learn how to identify foods that are helping or hindering optimal health. Together, we’ll go through each can and box to determine if it stays or goes.

I’ll guide you in the secret to reading and understanding nutrition labels so you understand the how’s and why’s to restocking after removing. I’ll provide a grocery list of fat-burning foods for your entire family to enjoy to, so you feel equipped to stock up on nourishing foods that lead to wellness. You’ll also receive a 5-day menu plan with easy and delicious recipes that usher in better health.
